Foreign policy became a larger part of the presidential campaign after a U.S. ambassador was killed in Libya last month. Since then, Republican candidate Mitt Romney has been trying to show a contrast to President Obama on policies in that country, and others in the region. Steve Inskeep talks about the candidates' policies with Daniel Larison of The American Conservative and Shadi Hamid of the Brookings Institution.
