Dallas Wastewater Keeps Trinity Flowing, Houston Drinking

There's a curious development in this year's record-setting drought. The Trinity River, that runs south from Dallas and empties into the Gulf just east of Houston, has kept right on flowing. You'll want to hear why, especially if you drink the water it supplies to Houston.
