Bauer Business Focus: John Walsh

This week, Standard & Poor's released data showing home prices are continuing to fall and are now at their lowest level in nine years. John Walsh joins Andrew Schneider on the "Bauer Business Focus" to look at the local market. Walsh for many years led Friendswood Development, Exxon's real estate subsidiary. He now heads the Graduate Real Estate program at the Bauer College of Business.
John Walsh is the director of the Graduate Real Estate Program at the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business.
