Texas Hailed As New Oil Industry Factory Celebrates Its Groundbreaking

Manufacturing company Tapco-Enpro International hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for its new factory in the cedar crossing business park in Baytown. Guest speakers included Gov. Rick Perry and Baytown Mayor Steve Don Carlos among other elected officials. Florian Martin was there.
