President Obama attempted to kick-start the debate over immigration reform this Tuesday with a speech from the U.S.-Mexico border in El Paso. Laura Murillo, president and CEO of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, joins Andrew Schneider on this week's "Bauer Business Focus" to discuss immigration reform, as well as Mayor Parker's proposed redistricting map.
