The 2010 Dodd-Frank Act mandated the most sweeping overhaul of U.S. financial regulations since the 1930s. The new rules take effect in just over two months. Larry Young of Houston law firm Hughes Watters Askanase joins Andrew Schneider on this week's "Bauer Business Focus" to discuss what the new rules will mean for lenders and for consumers.
