Houston Police Chief: National Night Out Will Send Message to Criminals

Houston Police Chief Charles McClelland on Thursday announced this year's National Night Out, a crime prevention event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch. He talked about it after accepting a check over $12,500 for the police department from a national retail chain. Florian Martin has more.
