Bauer Business Focus: Michael Ahearne

The National Collegiate Sales Competition may lack the high profile of the Final Four, but for would-be salespeople, it has all the career-making potential of the NCAA tournament. The University of Houston Bauer College of Business team took first place at this year’s sales competition. Michael Ahearne heads the school’s Sales Excellence Institute. He joins Andrew Schneider on this week’s “Bauer Business Focus” to discuss the competition, as well as how sports can translate to a career in sales.
