The last few years have shown plenty of industries once thought recession-proof are anything but. Alcohol may be one of the few exceptions. Professors Kevin Simon and Glenn Cordúa of the University of Houston's Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management join Andrew Schneider on this week's "Bauer Business Focus" to talk about alcohol and the industry behind it.
Kevin Simon is director of undergraduate studies at the University of Houston’s Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Glenn Cordúa is director of the Wine & Spirits Management Institute at the college.
