Retail sales in the ten-county Houston metro area were up 17 percent in the second quarter, compared to last year, according to the Greater Houston Partnership. Retailers hope that translates to a healthy holiday shopping season. Doug Baumann is a retail management consultant with the Hurricane Business Recovery Center, and he talks with Ed Mayberry on this morning's "Bauer Business Focus."
