The BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is the subject of scores of investigations, with government and industry looking at offshore technology, industry practices and regulations. It's also a case study for future petroleum engineers who are now in college. The University of Houston's Tyler Priest has been named as a senior policy analyst for the National Oil Spill Commission. He speaks with Ed Mayberry on this morning's "Bauer Business Focus."
