Free A/C Units For the Needy

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee wants to use resources from the business community and the federal government to help Houstonians who may be suffering from the summer heat. While some programs help people pay their electricity bill, this program helps people who have no A/C to begin with. Bill Stamps has more.
