Assistant News Director Jack Williams has been with Houston Public Radio since August of 2000. He's also a reporter and host for Houston Public Radio's local All Things Considered segments. Jack spent time as a reporter and anchor in the Rio Grande Valley, Austin and here in Houston before he found a home in one of the city's most respected newsrooms. He's the proud owner of several regional Edward R. Murrow awards and was named the Houston Press Club's Radio Journalist of the Year in 2004. Jack lives in Missouri City with his wife Raquel and daughters Mandy and Mia.
