In November, Doug Normington, a self-employed videographer in Madison, Wis., became one of the scores of Americans who got letters from their insurance companies canceling their coverage because it wouldn't meet Affordable Care Act standards. Then the 58-year-old diabetic became one of the countless people frustrated by HealthCare.gov. NPR's Richard Knox reports.
