President Obama and more than 30 government leaders meet Saturday and Sunday at the 6th Summit of the Americas in Colombia. Topping the agenda is the U.S.-led drug war, with many Latin American leaders demanding a look at alternatives. Guest host Viviana Hurtado speaks with Tim Padgett of Time Magazine.
