U.S. General: Afghan Forces Will Have To Step Up

Lt. Gen. David Rodriguez, the No. 2 U.S. officer in Afghanistan, steps down from his post Monday. He has been responsible for day-to-day operations in the war, and was a key architect of the U.S. war strategy for Afghanistan. The commander met last month with U.S. troops in Helmand Province.
