Musicians from the Aperio: Chamber Music of the Americas chamber series share some of the "African American Spirituals, Popular Songs and Art Music" that they will present in honor of Black History Month. We also hear from Sandra Organ as she prepares to celebrate her 10th anniversary . . .

Mark Cudek is a member of the Baltimore Consort. That ensemble will present Cancionero! Romances, Villancicos and Improvisations of Spain, c.1500 this Saturday evening for Houston Early Music. He talks about the music with TFR Producer Bob Stevenson.  Listen  Download

Members of Aperio: Music of the Americas gather in the KUHF Performance Studio for session hosted by KUHF's Afternoon Concert host Chris Johnson.
