We have a wealth of cultural riches on today's show: from lacquer painting by a Vietnamese American artist...to a regional premiere of a Canadian Romantic drama...to an award-winning operatic performance and music from the United Kingdom!

Mexican baritone Octavo Moreno is the Third Place Winner of Houston Grand Opera's Eleanor McCollum Competition for Young Singers, the final round of which took place on February 8, 2008.  Here is his winning performance of the Largo al Factotum from Rossini's Barber of Sevillle.  Listen  Download
