Erich Mendelsohn: Einstein Tower (Potsdam)
We learn about the significant designs of 20th-century German architect Erich Mendelsohn, whose sketches and models are on view in an exclusive Houston exhibit. Lead actors in the Alley Theatre's season-opening production stop by. . . and classical music in the Hindu traditions of India and Nepal is performed live in KUHF's Studio 3-C!

Alley Theatre resident-actors Elizabeth Heflin and Jeffrey Bean share their insights on the season-opening production of John Patrick Shanley's award-winning drama Doubt, in which they play the lead roles.  Performances run through September 23.  Listen  Download   

TFR Producer Bob Stevenson hosts a live studio session with Nepalese violin (sarangi) master, Parashuram Bhandari.  Mr. Bhandari is joined by musicians Babette Ackin (tamboura) and Shantilal Shah (tabla drums).  They perform tonight at 6:30 at Metaphysical Matrix, next Friday night at 7 at The Path of Tea and next Saturday night at 7 at a Montrose-area House Concert.  Listen  Download
