"Killer of Sheep," starring Henry G. Sanders
The Museum of Fine Arts Houston presents the world premiere of "Killer of Sheep," starring Houston-born actor Henry G. Sanders and considered by many critics as one of the finest American films. The Houston Symphony's Mark Hughes gives insights into life as a principal trumpeter. And US-trained Austrian conductor Christoph Campestrini sits down for some lively conversation . . .

HSO principal trumpeter Mark Hughes will be the soloist in Haydn's Trumpet Concerto in E-flat major on the second Summer Symphony Nights concert at Miller Outdoor Theatre.  He chats about his local solo debut and and more with host Dean Dalton.  Listen  Download   

The Texas Music Fesitval Orchestra plays an all-Slavic program this Saturday, featuring Prokofiev's Lieutenant Kij?
