Thursday on The Front Row

Paul Klee's Howling Dog, 1928
On the first of our fall-fundraising editions of the program, we focus on the Museum of Fine Arts Houston as we welcome the Museum's Director Peter Marzio as our guest host. We'll also look at three current exhibitions at the M-F-A-H. . .

The newest, Best in Show, The Dog in Art from the Renaissance to Today, is just what its title says.  . . .  Just as much fun, and thought-provoking, as well, is the show, The Past Made Present: Contemporary Art and Memory. . .And at the Museum's training academy, The Glassell School of Art, we'll look at recent work by the School's advanced-level Core Fellows, on display in the exhibition, P's and Q's.

Join us each weekday afternoon at 3:00 for an up-close look at the Houston area arts scene on The Front Row.
