We journeyed into the countryside between Houston and San Antonio as we tried to recapture the feeling of and earlier, simpler time and way of life. Jeanetter Clift george talked about the A.D.Players production of The Trip to Bountiful and KUHF's Jim Bell reported on the so-called "Painted Churches" crafted by the German and Czech immigrants who settled in rural Texas at the turn of the 20th Century. . .
