Prosecutor Sean Berkowitz has been allotted up to two hours and nine minutes to deliver the government's rebuttal, and then U.S. District Judge Sim Lake will hand the case over to the jury. The eight women and four men, plus alternates, listened to three-and-a-half months of testimony.

Skilling's attorney Daniel Petrocelli spent three hours and 20 minutes giving his last words in defense of his client and Enron founder Ken Lay.

Skilling said it won't be easy waiting on a verdict.

The defense contends there is no proof that their clients committed crimes at Enron.
