Rona is a master with electronics, having helped pioneer MIDI and worked with Hans Zimmer at Remote Control. For Phantom, Jeff Rona incorporated the sounds from the submarine set where the film was shot. He then sampled these sounds and combined them with his musical and sonic design to create a score that has endless emotion and suspense.
