For the first time in twenty years, former state Rep. Scott Hochberg is not in Austin for the Texas legislative session. Hochberg, a Democrat, represented District 137 in southwest Houston and became known as an expert on the state's complicated formula for funding public schools. He talks about the recent court ruling against the school finance system and what he's up to now at Rice University with KUHF Education Reporter Laura Isensee.
