Bauer Business Focus: Rick Franke

Texas is one of a handful of states that require all high school seniors pass a course in financial literacy in order to graduate. The state provides no extra funding for the coursework, and schools are turning to volunteers to help meet the mandate. Rick Franke, president of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, joins Andrew Schneider to discuss what his organization is doing on this week's Bauer Business Focus.
