Less than two weeks remain for the congressional Super Committee to come up with a plan to lower the deficit over the next decade. If it fails, more than $1 trillion of across-the-board spending cuts take effect automatically. Steven Craig teaches public sector economics at the University of Houston. He joins Andrew Schneider this week on the Bauer Business Focus to talk about the hard fiscal choices facing all levels of U.S. government.
