Mission managers say the most important part of this long awaited return to flight is a safe return to earth, and with the world watching anxiously today they took no chances. The weather wouldn't clear up at Cape Canaveral so the landing was scrubbed and reset for tomorrow. JSC spokesman Steve Nesbitt says it's important for the orbiter to land soon because supplies are running low.

Discovery is now scheduled to land in Florida tomorrow just after 4:00 a.m. Houston time. If the weather is still a problem, it has other opportunities over the next several hours at Edwards in California, and at White Sands New Mexico.
