Monday marks one month since a massive earthquake and tsunami struck Japan, triggering the worst nuclear accident since Chernobyl. Shinichiro Akiba is president of Toshiba International Corporation, as well as of the Japan Business Association of Houston. He joins Andrew Schneider on this week's "Bauer Business Focus" to discuss how Houston's Japanese business community is dealing with these disasters.
