Unemployment still hovers around the ten percent range. Small businesses account for most American jobs, and business owners have been wary of expansion. Easing credit lending for small business could help, and that's largely up to the Federal Reserve, according to the chairman emeritus of the Wolfe Center for Entrepreneurship. Bill Sherrill is an expert on the Federal Reserve, and talks with Ed Mayberry on this morning's "Bauer Business Focus."
