The Hurricane Business Recovery Center was set up by the University of Houston to help companies impacted by Hurricane Ike. The lack of electricity because of downed power lines prevented many businesses from starting up immediately after Ike, but companies face many other problems after such a major storm. Hurricane Business Recovery Center director James Evans joins Ed Mayberry on this morning's "Bauer Business Focus."
