Changes in the health care system will take effect in stages over the next few years. People who receive coverage through large employers are unlikely to see any drastic changes, nor should premiums or coverage be affected. The Director of State Government Relations for Aetna has been explaining how health care reform will impact business, employees and the medical profession.
