Wall Pays Tribute

The Wall of Heroes represents men and women from all branches of the military. It was dedicated In a solemn ceremony that was punctuated with patriotic fanfare. Retired Marine Corps Captain Dan Moran was wounded in action in the Middle East. He spoke during the ceremony about honor, courage and service of today's military.
"American principles would cease to exist if it wasn't for individuals like this. But most of all, the thing that we and every warrior hopes for, peace, couldn't even be attainable if it wasn't for individuals like this."
The simple, yet moving display impressed Judy Bruton.
"I've never served, I've always just had this passion in my heart, for the men and women who serve our country."
Robert Carlen is with Crescent Real Estate, which manages the GP property. He counts photos of more than 170-veterans.
"We could easily have ten thousand pictures up here before this is all over with."
PH: "What's the one that you hope people take with them?"
Carlen: "Recognize the sacrifice that that wall represents. Some of these people gave their lives, they certainly all gave their time. That's all I would ask."
