Today we spend the hour with Houston concert pianist, Edith Orloff. In addition to her musical activities here in the Bayou City, she is a founding member of the Los-Angeles-based Pacific Trio, and the group has recently released an album of works for violin, cello and piano by 20th and 21st Century American composers, George Gershwin, Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein and Robert Muczynski. Edith Orloff chats about her music-making, and we hear selections by all four of the composers represented on the Pacific Trio's new CD....
