Violinist Batya MacAdam-Somer and pianist Julie Loeb Sacks perform works by J.S. Bach and 20th century composers, Arnold Schoenberg, Bruno Maderna, and John Cage this evening at 7:30 in a private penthouse near Hermann Park and the Medical Center. Singer/song-writer Julia Kay Laskowski and pianist and composer John Hardesty premiere their original musical, French Fries on the Floorboard, Friday evening at 7:00PM at the health-food store, Sandy's Market, on the Katy Freeway between Kirkwood and Dairy Ashford. Julia and John offer excerpts from their latest creation in teh Geary Performance Studio in a session hosted by KUHF's Bob Stevenson.
