We have a live performance of Indian bamboo flute (bansuri) music by uncle-and-nephew virtuosi, Hariprasad & Rakesh Chaurasia! Plus, Dan & June Kuramoto of the jazz band, Hiroshima, share tracks from their CD, Little Toyko.
Internationally-renowned Bansuri maestro Hariprasad Chaurasia [pictured] joins host St.John Flynn for a live studio performance, previewing his concert presented by the Indo-American Association, August 1, 8pm, at the Wortham Center.  Joining them are the young bansuri virtuoso Rakesh Chaurasia; tanpura player Shyamala Rajender; and tabla player Shantilal Shah.  Listen  Download
