U.S. News and World Report has again named Texas Children's Hospital one of the ten best pediatric hospitals in the country. Jack Williams reports.

It's the tenth straight year Texas Children's has made the magazine's list. It competed against a pool of around 160 children's hospitals and more than 50 that were ranked. This is hospital president and CEO Mark Wallace.

"The other children's hospitals in America, I mean, these are some of the best hospitals period, not just in the pediatric space but of any of the academic and teaching hospitals in the U.S.. So the competition is very, very stiff among the nation's elite children's hospitals and we're very, very pleased to be clustered at the very top of these national rankings once again."

Texas Children's landed in the top ten in nearly all the subspecialties the magazine ranked, including the number one spot for treatment of kidney disorders.

"This is something that we never take for granted. That we are considered one of the top 10 children's hospitals in the United States is something that we know that we've got to work on every single day."
