Sunday, 1-4pm
Obama Inauguration Celebration
Tune in to KUHF on Sunday as star power meets history in "We Are One" the Obama Inauguration Celebration live from the Lincoln Memorial.  The all star line-up includes Bono, Beyonce, Bruce Springsteen, Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder, Renee Fleming, and more. President-elect Barack Obama is scheduled to participate in the event; both his family and the family of Vice President-elect Joseph Biden will attend, joining an audience of potentially 750,000.  The Sunday concert with Catherine Lu will be heard at that time on HD-2.

Tuesday, 9am
Inauguration Day
Join KUHF on Tuesday starting at 9am for special news coverage of the Presidential Inauguration. Barack Obama will take the oath of office on the steps of the United States Capitol.  NPR will present his swearing in by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and, following that, then-President Obama's inaugural address.

Neal Conan picks up the live coverage at 1 pm as NPR offers national conversation with listeners about their reaction to the President's address. We'll hear from a broad range of political stakeholders about what they expect from this new administration, and what their roles will be. We will also provide live coverage of the Inaugural Parade as it passes the reviewing stand on Pennsylvania Avenue.
